About the product:
The yarn consist of 8 strands of cotton thread hand wound together and has long transitions for amazing color effect. It can be worked from inside or outside. The Vibrant gradients are created by the different strand colors ties together using tiny knots that do not need extra work to be used in your project.

Hand wash, hang to dry or machine wash/delicate dry (cotton may shrink if too hot)

Processing Time:

We aim to process and ship orders as soon as we can. All listings are set to dispatch within 3-5 days to accommodate high volume orders, we keep a minimum in stock. All our items are handmade. If you need your items early please us a message before placing your order. Shipping times will be calculated at the checkout based on your location. Please note that we do not ship orders on Weekends and holidays. 

• Orders placed on weekends are almost always shipped Monday.

Shipping Costs:

• Shipping costs are automatically calculated at the checkout based on the weight and dimensions of the package.
• If you place multiple orders with the same shipping destination, we will combine your orders and refund any shipping overages. This applies only if we still have your orders on hand and they have not yet been shipped.

Shipping Courier:

• We ship through USPS ground, but we will use Priority and UPS if needed. We always choose the best way to send your orders. If you have any specific requests for which carrier to use, please send us a message.

Taxation:

• Our products are taxable. 
• During the checkout process, the system will automatically calculate the applicable tax.

Customs and Import Taxes:

• Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

International Shipping:

• We’re excited to announce that we now ship to Canada and Australia! Currently, we are evaluating shipping expenses for other locations outside the United States, as costs can be relatively high. If you’re interested in placing an order of more than 10 items, please contact us with your details—name, address, and contact info—and we’ll provide an estimated shipping cost.

RETURNS:

• We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return. Please note that returns are not applicable for custom orders and clearance items.
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
