SHIPPING:

Shipping Policy: Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Processing Time:

We aim to process and ship orders as soon as we can. All listings are set to dispatch within 8-10 days to accommodate high volume orders, we keep a minimum in stock. All our items are handmade. If you need your items early please us a message before placing your order. Shipping times will be calculated at the checkout based on your location. Please note that we do not ship orders on Weekends and holidays. 

  • Orders placed on weekends are almost always shipped Monday.


Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are automatically calculated at the checkout based on the weight and dimensions of the package.
  • If you place multiple orders with the same shipping destination, we will combine your orders and refund any shipping overages. This applies only if we still have your orders on hand and they have not yet been shipped.


Shipping Courier:

  • We ship through USPS ground, but we will use Priority and UPS if needed. We always choose the best way to send your orders. If you have any specific requests for which carrier to use, please send us a message.

Taxation:

  • Our products are taxable. 
  • During the checkout process, the system will automatically calculate the applicable tax.


    Customs and Import Taxes:

    • Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.


    International Shipping:

    • At present, we are evaluating the shipping expenses for orders outside the United States, as they can be relatively high. If you are interested in placing an order of more than 10 items, please contact us and provide your details i.e. Name, Address and Contact Info. We will then be able to provide you with an estimated shipping cost.


    RETURNS:

    • We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Not applicable for custom orders.
    • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
