All listings are set to dispatch 6-8 days after payment clearance to accommodate high order volumes. However, we will make every effort to prepare and ship your yarn earlier than anticipated. If you need your order early, please contact us. Shipping times will be calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that we do not ship orders on weekends and holidays.

We currently only ship within the US.

International Shipping:
At present, we are evaluating the shipping expenses for orders outside the United States, as they can be relatively high. If you are interested in placing an order of more than 10 items, please contact us and provide your details i.e. Name, Address and Contact Info. We will then be able to provide you with an estimated shipping cost.

Our shipping fee is calculated by weight based on the total order. We always choose the best way to ship orders. 

Most of our products are listed by what is completed and ready to be shipped out. We may have the ability to make a product that is sold out but color will be subject to availability . Please email us and let us know which one you would like and we will check our inventory.

We are accepting custom orders as long as they are not rush orders. The timeframe ranges from 4 to 6 weeks, or possibly less, depending on our current workload. Please be aware that we retain the rights to the designs we create for you, which may also be made available to other customers.
