How long it takes to receive the items?

Orders ships 2-3 days after payment clearance, shipping times will be calculated at the checkout based on your location. Please note that we do not ship orders on Sundays.

Where do you ship to?

We currently only ship within the US.

Do you ship outside the United states?

International Shipping:
At present, we are evaluating the shipping expenses for orders outside the United States, as they can be relatively high. If you are interested in placing an order of more than 10 items, please contact us and provide your details i.e. Name, Address and Contact Info. We will then be able to provide you with an estimated shipping cost.

How is the shipping fee?

Our shipping fee is calculated by weight based on the total order. We always choose the best way to ship orders.

What I want is sold out, can anything be done?

Most of our products are listed by what is completed and ready to be shipped out. We may have the ability to make a product that is sold out but color will be subject to availability . Please email us and let us know which one you would like and we will check our inventory.

Do you accept custom orders work?

We are accepting custom orders as long as it is not a rush order, the time frame ranges from 4-6 weeks. Please contact us for more details at rtcyarn@outlook.com.

Do you have a measurement guide?
