India and Hindu communities all over the world celebrate the colorful triumph of good over evil through the Holi Festival as they welcome the arrival of Spring. People throw and paint themselves with colored powder called gulal, adorning the atmosphere with a vibrance of joy.

The colors of the Holi Festival are brilliant magenta, sunny yellow, a splash of vibrant teal, and bright orange for new beginnings.

The festival dazzles with elaborate costumes that match the intoxicating samba music. It features blissful colors ranging from canary yellow and parrot green, inspired by the Brazilian flag, to royal blue that imbues the spirit of samba, fiery orange for the ecstatic parade, and brilliant white that highlights the brightness of the ensembles.
